Pharmacy Weight Loss Lewes is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Lewes and the surrounding areas. All prescription-only medications are issued following an online clinical assessment reviewed and approved by one of our qualified prescribing pharmacists. We do not issue prescriptions without a completed and satisfactory consultation.
It is your responsibility to disclose all current medications, allergies, and medical conditions accurately. Failure to do so may result in harm and may void any liability on our part.
Our prescribers reserve the right to decline, change, or discontinue any prescription at their clinical discretion. Prescriptions are issued for personal use only and must not be shared or transferred.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We do not store full card details on our systems. Payments are processed through a PCI DSS-compliant third-party provider.
Charges may include a consultation fee, prescription fee, and medication costs, which will be clearly itemised before checkout.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service used.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signature-required items. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information or courier disruptions outside our control.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications under UK pharmaceutical regulations.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of outcome. If your prescription is declined for clinical reasons, any medication charge will be refunded in full.

The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Lewes are intended to complement, not replace, your relationship with your GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly recommend informing your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
